ABOUT WHPC
Tools to Empower Youth to Make Healthy Choices
The mission of the West Haven Prevention Council is to comprehensively engage all sectors of the West Haven community to prevent youth substance misuse.
WHPC is tasked to develop programs and initiatives to prevent and reduce vaping and alcohol use among youth and young adults ages 12-20 in West Haven.
