ABOUT WHPC
Tools to Empower Youth to Make Healthy Choices
Our mission is to involve and engage the local community to prevent alcohol and substance use among our young people.
WHPC is tasked to develop programs and initiatives to prevent and reduce vaping and alcohol use among youth and young adults ages 12-20 in West Haven.
